Wear odd socks on Tuesday

Anti-bullying Week 13th-17th November 2017

This week is National Anti-bullying Week, schools across the country will taking part. At West Hill Primary Academy, the Student Council will be leading a number of activities. The theme this year is ‘All different, all equal’.

As well as having a special assembly and exploring the theme in class, we will be completing a whole school art project ‘A River of Stones’ to show how we value every member of our school community. We will be organising a competition for children to design an anti-bullying poster which the children will find out about on Monday, please send all entries into school by Friday 17th November.

We would also like to invite children to come to school on Tuesday 14th November wearing odd socks as a fun way to show support for our ‘all different, all equal’ theme.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Yours sincerely,

West Hill Student Council and Tina Muskett (PSHE Co-ordinator)
